Josh & Erin officially joined the staff of Won By One To Jamaica in October 2003 after 15 years of leading teams to Jamaica.  Before coming on staff they lived in Berlin, Germany, Gdansk, Poland and London, England where they served with Operation Mobilization.  They also lived in Kansas City while working with YouthFront.  The Shaffers have had the priviledge of travelling to and ministering in over 35 countries around the world.  Josh & Erin have two sons, Lane & Tyreak and a daughter, Aisha Grace.
